Nando Peña — AI Solutions Analyst · Enterprise AI Adoption & Enablement
I help organizations turn AI access into operating capability.
I work at the practical layer of enterprise AI adoption — where tools, workflows, people, and operating systems have to change together. Enablement, workflow integration, usage measurement, vendor evaluation, and the implementation planning that makes adoption durable.
The short version
Adoption is behavior change, not just access. AI becomes valuable when it changes how work gets done.
Most organizations have solved the access problem — licenses, tools, policies. What stalls is everything after: onboarding that sticks, workflows that actually change shape, support paths that catch people when they struggle, and measurement leadership can act on. That in-between layer is my work.
My path here ran through years of customer advisory, enablement, and systems navigation — then a frontline B2B role at Centerfield, a dedicated full-time AI trial assignment, and now an official AI Solutions Analyst role working across every major business function.
Operating model
How teams actually adopt AI
- LEVEL 01
Individual adoption
Onboarding, training, confidence, habits, support paths, and practical usage.
- LEVEL 02
Workflow adoption
Process redesign, automation, decision support, knowledge access, handoffs, and daily work integration.
- LEVEL 03
Organizational adoption
Governance, rollout strategy, measurement, leadership reporting, scaling, operating rhythms, and sustainable change.
Adoption fails at whichever level gets ignored. Individual access without workflow integration produces logins, not value. Workflow wins without organizational measurement don't scale.
